I just wanted to comment what a profound, most inspirational and loving memorial service yesterday of the Life and Legacy of Francisco Brosas Navarro. Thank you to all involved with the exceptional service and to those who knew Mr. Navarro personally and shared those prolific stories of him for all to hear!
We should be optimistic and happy to know that when our time too comes, that the Light at the end of tunnel, awaits our loved ones that have passed on so that we can be reunited and welcomed with God's open arms into eternal life in the Kingdom of Heaven!

I am saddened to hear for your loss. I am thinking of you Brent and Tita Floy, and keeping you both in my heart.
Uncle Frank was not only an Uncle, he was like a Father to me. He instilled in my heart and in my mind so many great things that life has to offer. He was one of my greatest mentors I ever had. He broadened my knowledge by sharing his own experiences and expertise on how to become an ideal military wife and to become a better person as well. I am forever thankful for that.
He taught me how to save up for rainy days and be smart enough to face the world as a military wife. He always made an effort to give his time and willingness to teach me how to drive. He insisted that driving is a must in the States so I can be more independent whenever my military husband is not around, so I can still take my kids for their doctor’s appointment, pick up some food at Mcdonalds, do my groceries at the commissary, and Navy Exchange. These are some responsibilities that a military dependent does and he made sure that I became familiarized with. Because of him, I became a good driver and a good provider for my family indeed. Not to mention, he was also the one who taught me how to cook enticing meals, especially the mouthwatering best turkey, sweet potatoes, and coleslaw that he always prepared during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Those were the best years that we spent together in their home as the whole family gathered during the holidays.
Uncle Frank was the man who has the courage to show what’s good and bad about life. Once you get to know him, you will enjoy his company because he can be the best mentor, friend, comedian, a storyteller of military history, a counselor, and the best cheer leader as well. He was the man who said, “Cooking is common sense, when you slice up the ingredients, make sure you cut it evenly and always cut the cake in the middle."
Thank you for everything, Uncle Frank.
May your soul rest in peace 🙏
Your memories will remain in our hearts forever.
We Love You always,
Millie, Vic, Ton and La ❤️
R.I.P. Mr Navarro and my deepest condolences and sympathies to the Navarro family. Thank you Mr. Navarro for your service to this great country and raising a beautiful family. He may be physically gone, but his memory will forever be in our hearts and minds.
My deepest condolences and love goes out to the Navarro and extended Family. On behalf of my mom, Melinda, dad, Vic Anthony, my sister, Lie-Anne Navarro, and myself, I want to send out our prayers for Lolo Frank and to all those who are in mourning.
I remember when I was younger that Lolo Frank always had this aura about him that reminded me of someone to look up to when I got older. I always remembered visiting Orange County over the spring and summer breaks from elementary school. I remember the way he carried himself, the way his Volvo was always kept spotless and clean, and especially how he cooked the best turkeys for our family for the Thanksgiving and Christmases we spent together. He taught me how to carve a turkey and told me that the best part to eat was the dark meat and because it was juicier. He always gave their dog, Biscuit, the best parts of the meat too. I also remember him working out in the garage lifting those heavy weights, always resembling Arnold Schwarzenegger. I remember when we had a brief moment to catch up, many years ago, and told him that even though we don't see each other much, that I love him and that he will always be my Lolo. I wish I could have known him more than what I only can remember..
I know it's okay because he will always have a special place in my memories and in my heart.
I am truly grateful for all the memories and times that our families have spent together.
Thank you Lolo Frank for helping me and my family out when we first got to the states.
I will never forget you and may you Rest In Peace and In Power.
Love & prayers from the Navarro Family,
Mel Anthony Navarro aka Ton-Ton
